1. Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the items are delivered. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please reach out to us immediately.


2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

We will investigate the issue and, if valid, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.


3. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • To cancel an order, contact us at order.puregoodies@gmail.com  with your order details.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.


4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 11–15 business days

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method

  • For payments made via Razorpay, processing times depend on the bank or card issuer


5. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on:

  • Opened or consumed products

  • Orders where the delivery was delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

  • Customer dissatisfaction based on taste preference
